To book a treatment or spa package, full pre-payment is required to secure your booking. A 50% refund will be given or re-booking can be made at no extra charge, subject to availability if you cancel with 48hours notice or more. Cancellations made with less than 48hours notice will not receive a refund and will not be eligible to re-book.

All guests using the spa must be over the age of 16, guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old.

Unfortunately we do not permit guests with medical conditions to use the Spa facilities.

Please advise at the time of booking if you are or may be pregnant. Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Where possible, our therapists will adjust your chosen treatment or suggest a suitable alternative however to have a treatment with us, you'll need to be over 17 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately we do not permit guests who are pregnant to use the Spa facilities.

if booking single treatments spa use will need to be added as an additional extra, per person.

What to Bring

Use of a personal locker, towel, robe, and flip-flops are all provided complimentary upon your arrival.

Spa Time

Spa time includes access to the outdoor hot tubs, herbal sauna, salt inhalation room and ice fountain for 2-hours.

Changing Rooms

Showers, toilets, and lockers are provided for guest use. The showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Hairdryers are also available within the changing area. Please note that due to the size and nature of the building the changing rooms are used by both male and female guests.

Access for Residents

Due to the size of our spa, residents cannot gain access to spa facilities unless pre-booked directly with the spa.
