OVERNIGHT STAY

We have cottages available to book, our on-site rooms are reserved for wedding guests.

Your cottage booking will require a deposit amount paid with the remainder to be paid before arrival. If for any reason, the remaining payment could not be taken then you will have to pay when arriving at the property.

The deposit is non-refundable.

TABLES

Booking reservations can be made online. Please use the notes field to let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies. Please let us know ahead of time if you need to cancel your booking.

PRODUCTS

We have a small range of products available for purchase online. We don't currently offer postal service for products, collection only. If you'd like to find out more about the products or ingredients, please get in touch.

You will receive a confirmation email once a product has been purchased which you'll need to show the team when coming to collect.

SPA

Opening Times

Saturday to Tuesday, 10 am until 6:30 pm

Wednesday to Friday, 10 am until 8:30 pm

Bookings & Cancellations

To book a treatment or spa package, full pre-payment is required to secure your booking. A 50% refund will be given or re-booking can be made at no extra charge, subject to availability if you cancel with 48 hours notice or more.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not receive a refund and will not be eligible to re-book.

What to Bring

Use of a personal locker, towel, robe, and flip-flops are all provided complimentary upon your arrival.

Spa Time

Spa time includes access to the outdoor hot tubs, herbal sauna, salt inhalation room and ice fountain for 2-hours. Please note that spa time is not included when booking a treatment and must be booked separately. Spa time is complimentary with treatments of over £100.00 but will still need to be booked as a separate entity. Please speak with our Reservations team for more information.

Changing Rooms

Showers, toilets, and lockers are provided for guest use. The showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Hairdryers are also available within the changing area. Please note that due to the size and nature of the building the changing rooms are used by both male and female guests.

Access for Residents

Due to the size of our spa, residents cannot gain access to spa facilities unless pre-booked directly with the spa.

Age Requirements

All guests using the spa must be over the age of 16, guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old.

Medical Conditions

Unfortunately, we do not permit guests with medical conditions to use the Spa facilities.

Pregnancy

Please advise at the time of booking if you are or may be pregnant. Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Where possible, our therapists will adjust your chosen treatment or suggest a suitable alternative. Unfortunately we do not permit guests who are pregnant to use the Spa facilities.
