Bookings & Cancellations

To book a treatment or spa package, full pre-payment is required to secure your booking. A 50% refund will be given or re-booking can be made at no extra charge, subject to availability if you cancel with 48 hours notice or more.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not receive a refund and will not be eligible to re-book.

What to Bring

Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for your treatment, we will provide paper underwear if needed or required. Lockers are not provided when joining us for a treatment, however, lockers are provided when wet facilities are booked, as are towels robes, and flip-flops will be too.

Spa Time

Spa time is £40.00 per person and is not included with treatments but if spending over £100 per person on treatments, spa time will be complimentary for 2 hours, subject to availability.

Changing Rooms

Showers, toilets, and lockers are provided for guest use. The showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Hairdryers are also available within the changing area. Please note that due to the size and nature of the building the changing rooms are used by both male and female guests.

Access for Residents

Due to the size of our spa, residents cannot gain access to spa facilities unless pre-booked directly with the spa.

Age Requirements

All guests using the spa must be over the age of 16, guests under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years old.

Medical Conditions

Unfortunately, we do not permit guests with medical conditions to use the Spa facilities.

Pregnancy

Pregnancy massage is available from 17 weeks gestation onwards. Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Please advise at the time of booking if you are or may be pregnant. Where possible, our therapists will adjust your chosen treatment or suggest a suitable alternative. Unfortunately, we do not permit guests who are pregnant to use the Spa facilities.
